Wine tasting, a dining area and accommodations are found at Minturn Cellars in downtown Minturn. Established in 1990, the winery produces a variety of wines, which can be enjoyed here or brought home. The on-site restaurant is open Wednesday to Saturday from 11am to 5pm and Sunday from 10am to 4pm, serving a changing menu of soups, sandwiches, pastas and meats. Guests can stay in the one-bedroom suite for the night.
